ContactThomas M. Stafford, CPA, earned his CPA certification in 1983. Specializing in the tax field since 1979, Tom has a broad spectrum of experience in individual, expatriate, international and small business tax issues. After graduating cum laude from Saint Francis College in 1978, he joined a regional Philadelphia based public CPA firm as a tax department specialist.
After seven years of wide ranging experience he joined a Fortune 100 company as a manager/director of its international expatriate tax department. In 1987, Tom and William J. Paulsworth established their own public accounting firm, Stafford & Paulsworth, which has successfully grown into a firm that provides tax, accounting, and tax planning services both internationally and domestically.
Tom is the father of three children. He and his wife reside in Doylestown, Pennsylvania.
William J. PaulsworthFounder
ContactWilliam J. Paulsworth, CPA, received his Certified Public Accountant license from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 1986. Bill has worked extensively in the individual and expatriate tax field since 1979 providing tax services to individuals and expatriate consulting to multinational fortune 500 companies. He has developed expatriate tax equalization policies and documents, which are part of companies international assignment programs.
Bill received his Chartered Financial Consultant License (CHFC) from The American College in 2004. The CHFC program focuses on the comprehensive financial planning process, which takes a holistic view of financial planning.
Bill graduated in 1978 from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science degree. He is married with three children and currently resides in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania.
